I am trying this tonight, it looks great! I’m using fresh but will pound the breast down a bit if they’re thick to keep the cooking time the same I can’t wait!

This sounds good. The pic looks like it might have tomatoes in it, but the recipe doesn’t? I’m all for tomatoes whenever I can. )

i hear you with the summer grad school thing. We were all still working while the profs went out to ‘conferences’. I love the sound of the combo of pear and Parmesan. I’m filing that one away in the brain.
